Product Introduction
Chinese Factory produce Waterproofing Agent Similar as Protectosil WS 670.This product is a water-based highly dispersed and permeable organic silicone paste. Small molecule structures can penetrate the interior of concrete and undergo chemical reactions with the hydroxyl groups of the concrete itself. After in-situ reaction, the concrete transforms from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, forming a certain thickness of water repellent treatment layer inside the concrete, thereby inhibiting moisture from entering the substrate. It has waterproof and chloride ion resistant properties, as well as breathability. It can effectively prevent the corrosion of concrete and internal steel structures caused by water and harmful ions brought by water, such as steel corrosion, looseness, peeling and other concrete diseases, and improve the service life of buildings. The protected substrate has good water repellency and retains its original appearance. Alkaline environments such as freshly poured concrete can stimulate this reaction and accelerate the formation of a water repellent layer.

Technical Characteristic
1. With excellent permeability, it can penetrate the interior of concrete materials and protect the internal structure of base materials from water damage.
2. Ideal anti chloride ion penetration ability, which can effectively reduce the chloride ion penetration by more than 90%.
3. It can react with inorganic silicate substrates to form a stable network silicone structure, so its service life is the same as that of the protected concrete.
4. Excellent water resistance and alkali resistance. The water absorption ratio is less than 7.5%, after soaking in 0.1M NaOH solution for 24 hours, the water absorption ratio is less than 10%.
5. It does not change the appearance of concrete structure, especially suitable for the surface protection of fair faced concrete.
6. It can also be used for the protection of brick, stone, rammed earth, and other buildings.

Usage
Silibase Silicone produce Excellent water resistance performance comparable to Protectosil WS 670 Waterproofing Agent.
1. The substrate surface shall be cleaned before use, and all treated surfaces shall be free of ponding, dirt, dust, oil stain and other pollutants.
2. Spraying machine, roller or brush can be used for construction.
3. Before use, to ensure the compatibility and achieve the ideal waterproof effect, the application test should be carried out on each surface to be treated.
4. The surface shall be kept as dry as possible to achieve the best penetration.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation
This product is packed in 15kg PVC plastic barrels, and its shelf life is 1 year when the original packaging is unopened at 5~35 ℃.The materials shall be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse to avoid high temperature and fire source. During transportation, it shall be protected from rain, sunshine, and collision.
